Our Story
top198 emerged from a vision to transform online gaming for Indonesian players by delivering a platform that combines international quality standards with deep local market understanding. Founded by gaming industry veterans with decades of combined experience across Asian and European markets, top198 was built specifically to address the unique needs and preferences of players in Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Bali, and throughout Indonesia's diverse archipelago.
From our inception, we recognized that Indonesian players deserve more than generic international platforms. They require seamless integration with local banking systems like BCA, BRI, BNI, and Mandiri, support for popular e-wallets including OVO, DANA, and GoPay, transaction processing in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), and customer service delivered by native Indonesian speakers who understand local gaming culture and preferences. top198 was designed from the ground up to deliver these essentials while maintaining the security, fairness, and game quality that define world-class gaming platforms.
Our commitment to the Indonesian market extends beyond technical integration. We actively support local sporting events, provide comprehensive coverage of BRI Liga 1 football matches featuring beloved clubs like Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United, offer dedicated sections for traditional Indonesian favorites including togel (numbers lottery) and sabung ayam (cockfighting streams), and maintain operational awareness of cultural moments like Ramadan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day that shape our players' lives.
Since launch, top198 has grown to serve tens of thousands of active Indonesian players monthly, processing millions of transactions annually while maintaining industry-leading payout speeds and customer satisfaction ratings. Our platform hosts thousands of premium casino games from the world's leading software providers, comprehensive sports betting markets covering everything from international football leagues to esports tournaments in Mobile Legends and PUBG Mobile, and live dealer experiences streamed in high definition with professional Indonesian-speaking dealers.
Despite our growth, top198 remains committed to the core values that defined our founding vision. We prioritize player security through bank-grade SSL encryption and regular independent audits, ensure game fairness via certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, maintain transparent terms without hidden conditions, process withdrawals within industry-leading timeframes, and deliver 24/7 customer support in Bahasa Indonesia across multiple channels including live chat, email, and WhatsApp.
Looking forward, top198 continues investing in platform innovation, expanding our game portfolio, enhancing mobile experiences for Indonesia's smartphone-first player base, and deepening our integration with Indonesian financial infrastructure. Our mission remains constant: to be the most trusted, most rewarding, and most player-centric online gaming platform serving the Indonesian market, today and for years to come.

Indonesian-Language Support That Actually Understands You
Our customer support team consists entirely of native Indonesian speakers who understand not just the language but the culture, local banking systems, popular games, and specific concerns Indonesian players face. Whether you're asking about togel draw schedules, BRI Liga 1 betting markets, or KTP verification requirements, you'll speak with someone who genuinely understands your question and can provide accurate, helpful answers immediately.
